Crypto and sweepstakes players verify outcomes. It is a habit the whole "originals" genre trained into them: before they trust a dice game or a crash round, they want to recompute the result themselves and watch the math check out. If your games cannot give them that, a large slice of your most valuable audience quietly bounces — not because they think you are cheating, but because they have no way to confirm you are not.
That is what provably fair solves. It runs on top of our GLI-19 certified RNG and does not change a game's RTP or volatility one bit. It just makes the fairness checkable.
What "provably fair" really means
A provably-fair round is sealed before you bet and revealed after. Three pieces make it work:
- A server seed — the game's hidden random value. Before the round, the game shows you only a SHA-256 hash of it: a fingerprint that proves the seed exists and is locked, while giving nothing away.
- A client seed — your value, which you control and can change. Because you supply input the house cannot predict, the house cannot pre-cook a losing result.
- A nonce — a counter that ticks up every round, so each bet is freshly verifiable.
Play the round, and the game reveals the raw server seed. You hash it yourself: if it matches the fingerprint you were shown before betting, the seed was never swapped — and you can re-run the outcome formula to confirm the result you saw is the result the math produced. The sealed envelope was held in escrow; opening it proves it was never tampered with.
The games players verify most — and yes, ours do

The same guarantee extends across the rest of the catalogue. Provably fair applies to every game type except scratch cards:
- Slots — the spin is committed and revealable.
- Table and card games — blackjack, baccarat, poker variants and more: the dealt deck reproduces from the committed seed.
- Roulette, video poker, keno and bingo — the wheel or draw is verifiable.
- Dice and arcade originals — the crash-style and instant games above.
Scratch cards are the one exception, on purpose. They pull from a pre-generated, certified prize pool instead of computing a result at play time, and the data needed to verify a single ticket would also reveal which other tickets win. So scratch stays on the certified prize-pool model — the correct design for that format. We would rather tell you that plainly than claim "every game is provably fair" and have it fall apart under scrutiny.
Two models, because players come from different places
"Provably fair" is a principle with more than one implementation, and players expect the one they grew up with. Our games can run either model, chosen by you.
HMAC — the model crypto players already know
This is the method the big crypto and originals casinos made standard. The game commits a hash of the server seed, then derives each outcome from HMAC-SHA256(server_seed, client_seed:nonce) — a keyed hash mapped to a dice roll, a Plinko path, a crash multiplier, a card shuffle. Its strength is independence: a player can verify the result with any standard crypto library or a third-party tool and never has to trust a verifier we wrote. For a crypto-first audience, this is the flow they will look for first.
Commit-reveal — the simpler proof
The second model commits a hashed server value, applies your client seed as a shift or a deck cut, and reveals everything after the round. Same guarantee, fewer steps to follow: one committed hash, one revealed value, one comparison. For sweepstakes and social audiences that are not deep in crypto, it is the easier proof to explain and to check.
Both models are outcome-neutral — they wrap the certified RNG in verification without touching the math. Switching models never changes a game's return-to-player; it only changes how a player proves the result. That is a distinction worth keeping straight, the same way it is worth saying "GLI-19 certified RNG" rather than implying every individual game carries its own certificate.
Why this is an operator advantage, not just a player perk
In crypto and sweepstakes markets, "how do I know it's not rigged?" is the number-one thing standing between a visitor and a first deposit. A certificate in the footer does not answer it, because players cannot interrogate a PDF. A result they can recompute themselves does. Provably fair turns your most sceptical, highest-value players into ones who can satisfy their own doubts without ever opening a support ticket — and it ends a disputed-result argument instantly, in your favour, every time you are honest.

Provably fair and certified RNG are not the same thing
They answer different questions, and you want both. A certified RNG is a one-time independent lab audit — ours was tested to GLI-19 — proving the random engine is statistically sound. Provably fair is a per-round, self-serve proof that one specific outcome was sealed in advance and untouched. The certificate says the engine is trustworthy in general; provably fair lets a player confirm a single spin with their own hands. Real platforms carry both.
